Welcome again to the world of aromatherapy. Hope you enjoy using this type of therapy as it easy to do at home. In the last issue we presented to you some plants that could be used in aromatherapy, and we will continue in this issue with some plants used also in aromatherapy which can be easy found around you in the garden or even in your kitchen.

Continuing from the last issue, this article will discuss the history of medicine.

Tonic to calm nerves:

  • 1oz (25gm) hops
  • 1oz (25gm) lavender flower
  • 1oz (25gm) palm leaves
  • 1oz (25gm) primrose

Instructions:
Add 1 teaspoonful of the mixture to 1/2 cup of boiling water. Take twice daily without sugar.

While writing this article I'm enjoying the fragrance of musk, which comes out of a traditional Indian fragrance cone. This fragrance positively elevates your mood.
